These Terms and Conditions govern the use of https://www.studio-80.ro/ and the conditions under which BEST STIL SRL presents the Studio 80 restaurant, its menu, events, and contact or reservation options. By using the website, the user confirms that they have read and understood these Terms. Users who do not agree with them must stop using the website.

2. Scope
These Terms apply to access to and use of the website, viewing the menu and information about the restaurant, sending messages and reservation requests, and following links to external services. They supplement any specific conditions communicated for a reservation, event, or offer. In the event of a conflict, the special conditions expressly accepted for the relevant service will prevail to the extent permitted by law.
The website is primarily intended to provide information and facilitate contact. The display of a dish, price, event, or time slot does not confirm availability and does not constitute automatic acceptance of a reservation.
3. Use of the website
Users may access the website for personal and lawful purposes. The website must not be used for illegal activities, the transmission of malicious code, attempted unauthorised access, disruption of the website, large-scale automated extraction of content, or unauthorised use of protected materials.
The operator may temporarily restrict access when maintenance, security measures, or the correction of technical issues is required.
4. Restaurant and menu information
Studio 80 takes reasonable steps to keep information about its menu, prices, opening hours, events, and availability accurate and current. However, the menu, ingredients, portion sizes, prices, and opening hours may change because of seasonality, supplies, private events, or other operational circumstances. If an update has not yet appeared on the website, the information available at the restaurant when the service is provided will prevail.
Displayed prices are in Romanian lei and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Photographs are illustrative; the appearance of dishes may vary without changing the nature of the item ordered.
5. Allergens and dietary requirements
Allergen information is provided in accordance with the laws applicable to food products. Anyone with allergies, intolerances, or other dietary requirements must inform staff before ordering and request current information about ingredients and possible traces of allergens.
The kitchen uses areas and equipment in which several categories of allergens may be handled. The complete absence of cross-contamination can be confirmed only when staff expressly confirm it for the specific circumstances. These statements do not limit the restaurant’s legal obligations concerning food safety and consumer information.
6. Reservations
A request submitted by telephone, email, WhatsApp, form, or another channel indicated on the website becomes a reservation only after express confirmation from Studio 80. Any automatic acknowledgement confirms only that the request was received.
To process a reservation, Studio 80 may request the guest’s name, telephone number, email address, date and time, number of guests, and relevant notes. Users must provide accurate information and notify Studio 80 as soon as possible of any change or cancellation.
Deposits, cancellation deadlines, or other conditions may apply to groups, events, or special services. They take effect only if communicated before confirmation and accepted by the customer. The operator may refuse or amend a request if there is no availability, the information is incomplete, or the request cannot be fulfilled lawfully and safely.
7. Events and promotions
The conditions of an event or promotion apply during the stated period and subject to the communicated availability or stock limits. The operator may correct obvious errors and may amend or cancel an event for objective reasons. Where possible, guests with confirmed reservations will be informed using the available contact details.
Promotional benefits cannot be combined unless this is expressly stated. Any special condition concerning admission, deposits, cancellation, or age will be communicated separately.
8. Communication through external services
The website may contain links to WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Tripadvisor, Google, or other third-party services. Use of those services is subject to the terms and policies of their respective operators. Studio 80 does not control the availability, content, or practices of external platforms.

9. Intellectual property
The original text, photographs, graphics, trade marks, menus, structure, and other materials on the website belong to Studio 80 or are used under a lawful right. They may be viewed and shared through the website’s ordinary functions for personal use.
Reproduction, modification, republication, sale, commercial use, or incorporation of these materials into another publication requires the rights holder’s written consent, except where expressly permitted by law.
10. Availability and security

Information about that procedure is available at https://anpc.ro/sal/. If the dispute cannot be settled amicably, it will be referred to the competent courts in accordance with the law. The choice of Romanian law does not deprive consumers of any mandatory protection afforded by the law that would apply in the absence of that choice.
